1. Who provides StayHumble Empire and acceptance

“Operator”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean the legal person or entity identified above. “StayHumble Empire” or “Service” means this game, its website, APIs, applications, content and related support. “You” means the individual using the Service. By selecting the registration agreement, you confirm that you have read and accepted this version. Registration records the accepted version and time. Simply displaying these terms in your Profile is not a substitute for lawful notice or proof of acceptance. If a material update requires renewed consent, we will request it before relying on the changed terms.

If you access StayHumble Empire for a company or another person, you warrant that you have authority to bind them; otherwise, use the Service only in your personal capacity.

2. Adults only, location and eligibility

StayHumble Empire is intended only for people aged 18 or older. You must provide a truthful date of birth and may not register or play if you are under 18. The registration check relies on the date you enter and is not independent identity or age verification. We may request lawful proof of age, identity, residence or payment ownership before allowing purchases, prize participation or payout. A country selection is not proof of residence. You must not access features that are unlawful where you are located; we may restrict access by territory or suspend a feature where required by law.

Do not use another person’s identity, payment instrument or account without their authority. We may refuse participation or withhold a prize while reasonably investigating eligibility, fraud, sanctions or legal restrictions, subject to applicable law and any published promotion rules.

3. What the game is — and is not

StayHumble Empire simulates an empire-building economy. Business income, asset prices, property values, events, sports matches, odds, standings and portfolio values are game mechanics, estimates or generated outcomes. They do not represent real companies, securities, property, sports fixtures, investment products or financial returns. Game content is for entertainment and general learning only; it is not financial, investment, tax, legal or betting advice. Past or displayed performance does not predict future results.

Sports bets in the game use in-game balances and simulated match outcomes; they are not wagers on real sporting events and do not by themselves create a right to withdraw cash. This description does not determine the legal classification of any feature. Paid eligibility for cash prizes may change that assessment and must be legally reviewed before operation.

4. Accounts and security

• Provide accurate, current registration details and keep your email and profile information up to date.
• Keep your password and devices secure. You are responsible for activity through your account unless applicable law says otherwise. Tell the Operator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
• One person may not create or use multiple accounts to evade limits, multiply entries, manipulate standings or obtain duplicate benefits.
• We may verify account details and may block, restrict or close accounts for a material breach, security threat, fraud, legal requirement or risk to other players. Except where urgent action is reasonably necessary, we will provide an explanation and a reasonable opportunity to respond.
• Account sharing, sale, transfer or credential resale is prohibited. We will not ask you to disclose your password.

5. Virtual credits, balances and purchases

Credits, cash balances, businesses, assets, property, points, inventory and other game items (“Virtual Items”) are entries in the game database, not bank deposits, electronic money, securities, property rights or a promise of investment return. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, redeemed, exchanged or transferred outside StayHumble Empire, except for a real-world prize expressly confirmed under separate lawful promotion rules. In-game trading and marketplace listings remain subject to game rules and may change or be unavailable.

Some credits may be granted free, purchased through an enabled Yoco or PayPal checkout, or otherwise awarded. Before payment, review the amount, currency, conversion rate, taxes/fees (if any) and provider checkout information displayed. The game’s current display states R1 = 1 credit; the applicable price is the amount expressly shown at checkout. A browser redirect or receipt screen alone is not proof of payment. Paid credits are added only after the server verifies the transaction with the payment provider. Sandbox/test transactions do not create real paid credits or prizes.

Payments are processed by the selected third-party provider under its own terms and privacy notices. We do not receive or store your full card or PayPal password through the game. Do not send payment credentials to the Operator by email or chat. Contact the provider about provider-side processing issues and contact us about a verified charge not reflected in StayHumble Empire.

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a promotion, paid credits are for use in StayHumble Empire and are not refundable or cashable merely because you stop playing, spend them, dislike a game outcome or an account is restricted for breach. Nothing in this clause limits any non-waivable cancellation, refund, remedy or consumer right. If a payment is reversed, charged back, fraudulent or duplicated, we may correct the associated credit balance and investigate, while preserving rights required by law.

6. Seasons, rankings and game balances

Season dates, duration, eligibility, scoring, prize-pool calculations and reward percentages are those displayed in StayHumble Empire and in the applicable season-specific rules. Current leaderboard values are provisional until results are finalized. Rankings can be affected by game rules, verified transactions, corrections, outages, abuse investigations and season resets.

An administrator may pause, reset or end a season, including to protect the game, investigate integrity issues, comply with law or correct a material defect. A reset can clear season-specific portfolios and rankings; it does not automatically re-award one-time registration credits. We will not deliberately alter already-earned, confirmed rights retroactively except where necessary to correct an error, address fraud or comply with law. If a conflict affects a prize, we will document the determination and provide a contact path for review.

7. Cash prizes and promotions — conditional and not guaranteed

Cash prizes are offered only if the Operator has first determined, with qualified local advice, that the specific promotion and its operation are lawful and all necessary approvals, registrations, rules and disclosures are in place. The Operator may suspend or withdraw an unlaunched or not-yet-authorized promotion. These general Terms alone do not create a cash prize, guarantee that a promotion is lawful, or promise that any season will pay a prize.

Before a lawful prize season opens, the Operator must publish separate promotion rules identifying the promoter, period, eligible territories and ages, entry/participation requirements, prize values and funding, selection and tie-break method, verification process, closing and payout dates, taxes/withholding (if applicable), complaint route and any legally required free-entry route or other conditions. Those rules govern that promotion and form part of these Terms. If no such rules are published, do not assume there is a payable cash prize. In the current build, the game records eligibility using verified live credit purchases within the relevant season and administrators record manual bank transfers; neither an on-screen estimate nor an admin entry is independent proof that a lawful promotion was run or that a transfer cleared.

Any winner may be required to complete reasonable identity, age, residence, eligibility, anti-fraud and payment-account checks. We will not ask for a password, one-time code or payment to “release” a prize. A prize is treated as paid only when the transfer has actually been made and confirmed, subject to the applicable promotion rules and law. A winner remains responsible for personal tax obligations except amounts the Operator must withhold or report by law. We may correct a demonstrable calculation or eligibility error using a documented, fair process. Mandatory consumer, competition, gambling and other rights remain unaffected.

8. Fair play and prohibited conduct

You must not cheat, exploit a bug, automate play without permission, manipulate transactions or rankings, collude, use multiple identities, interfere with another account, probe or overload systems, bypass security or territorial restrictions, reverse-engineer or scrape the Service, upload malware, or use StayHumble Empire for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harassing activity. Do not misrepresent a game balance, leaderboard result, purchase, prize or payout as a real-world asset or completed payment. Report material vulnerabilities or errors privately to the support contact rather than exploiting them.

We may investigate irregular activity, preserve relevant records, reverse unauthorized game transactions, temporarily restrict access and take proportionate action. Where an adverse decision affects a material benefit, we will, where lawful and reasonably practicable, give a reason and a channel to challenge factual errors.

9. Player listings and submitted content

You keep ownership of content you lawfully own. By submitting a profile, listing, skyline notice, GIF, message or other content, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, resize, display, moderate and transmit it solely to operate, secure and promote the Service, for as long as needed for those purposes and subject to applicable privacy and intellectual-property law. You warrant that you have the rights and permissions needed for that use.

Do not submit content that is illegal, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, threatening, sexually explicit involving minors, invasive of privacy, malicious, or likely to harm players or the Service. Do not upload personal, confidential or payment data in public messages. We may remove content or suspend posting where reasonably necessary, without promising to pre-screen every submission. Report content or intellectual-property concerns to the support contact.

10. Ownership and feedback

The StayHumble Empire software, design, branding, text, artwork, game systems and other Operator materials are owned by or licensed to the Operator and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable permission to use the Service for its intended purpose, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, resell, commercially exploit or create a competing service from the software or content except where the law permits or the rights holder authorizes it. Feedback you provide may be used to improve StayHumble Empire without obligation to you, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Availability, maintenance and changes

We aim to operate StayHumble Empire reliably but do not promise uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access. Maintenance, network failures, provider outages, security incidents, backups, bugs and force-majeure events may interrupt or delay the Service. We may update, rebalance, suspend or discontinue features for operational, security, legal or product reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to give notice of material changes where practicable. No statement in this clause removes remedies that applicable law gives you.

Game data may be corrected or restored from available records after an incident; we cannot guarantee recovery of every recent action. Do not use StayHumble Empire as the sole record of a payment, tax document, business record or valuable asset. Keep your own lawful receipts and confirmations.

12. Privacy and personal information

StayHumble Empire currently asks for an email address, password, handle, empire name, country, name and date of birth, and processes gameplay, security and transaction records. Payment-provider pages may collect payment details directly. We use information to create and secure accounts, provide gameplay, verify payments and eligibility, prevent abuse, support users, maintain records and meet legal obligations. Access to information is limited according to operational needs, but no internet service can promise zero risk.

These Terms are not a complete privacy notice. Before public launch, the Operator must publish a separate, accurate privacy notice identifying the responsible party and contact, purposes and legal basis, recipients/processors and cross-border transfers, retention periods, security safeguards, and how people can exercise applicable access, correction, objection, deletion and complaint rights. Do not treat registration as consent to unrelated marketing. Requests should be sent to the privacy contact above; complete that placeholder first.

13. Third-party services and external links

Yoco, PayPal, hosting, email and other third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. We do not control their availability or independent processing. A link or integration is not an endorsement or guarantee. Your dealings with a provider are between you and that provider, except for responsibilities the Operator has under applicable law.

14. Suspension, closure and what happens to data

You may stop using StayHumble Empire at any time. Contact the Operator to request account closure or exercise applicable data rights. We may suspend or close an account for the reasons in these Terms, on reasonable notice where appropriate and lawful. Closure does not erase records that must be retained for security, financial, tax, dispute-resolution or other legal purposes. Virtual Items and unused balances do not become cash on closure; any mandatory refund, cancellation or other legal remedy remains available. A pending prize claim will be handled under the applicable promotion rules and law.

15. Disclaimers and limits of responsibility

To the maximum extent the law permits, StayHumble Empire is provided without a promise that simulated outcomes, values, commentary, availability or content will be accurate, suitable or uninterrupted. We are not responsible for independent third-party conduct or events outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for decisions you make based on game content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, consumer remedies, warranties, duties or rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct or any other non-excludable matter. Subject to that rule, the Operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed. Any lawful cap on direct loss must be separately reviewed and may not apply to a consumer or a particular claim. These clauses are not intended to excuse a failure to meet a legal standard of reasonable care.

16. Complaints and disputes

Please first contact [CONTACT EMAIL/ADDRESS MUST BE COMPLETED] with your handle, a description of the issue, relevant dates and supporting records. Do not include your password, full payment-card details or one-time security codes. We aim to acknowledge complaints within a reasonable time and explain any decision. Nothing prevents you from approaching a competent regulator, consumer body, payment provider, court or other forum available under applicable law.

South African law is intended to govern these Terms where applicable, but mandatory protections and forums in your country of residence continue to apply where the law requires. Any jurisdiction clause is subject to non-waivable consumer rights. Obtain local advice before making StayHumble Empire available internationally.

17. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms by publishing a new version number and effective date. We will give reasonable notice of material changes and request renewed agreement when legally required or appropriate. Changes will not retroactively remove an accrued legal right or materially alter an already-open prize promotion except as permitted by its published rules and applicable law. If you do not accept a material update, stop using the affected Service and contact us about account closure and any rights that may apply.

18. General

If a court or competent authority finds one provision unenforceable, it will be limited or severed only to the minimum extent necessary; the rest remains in effect. A delay in enforcing a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your account or rights under these Terms without our written permission; the Operator may transfer the Service as part of a lawful business reorganization, while respecting applicable rights. These Terms, the game rules and any clearly identified promotion-specific rules are the agreement about StayHumble Empire, subject to mandatory law. They do not create an employment, agency, partnership or fiduciary relationship.

Getting started

When you register, your account receives a one-time starting credit amount set by the game administrator. It is not awarded again when a season is reset. Your wallet shows your available balances, including cash and any separate Free Gift credits.

Cash is available for in-game decisions. Free Gift credits are also spendable, but tracked separately: they are used before cash and are not treated as purchased credits for prize-pool or leaderboard eligibility.

Use your referral button to generate a personal code. You can share it through WhatsApp or download a referral image. Your friend must enter the code and select the activation option while registering; when registration succeeds, both of you receive the administrator-configured referral reward as Free Gift credits. A code that is entered but not activated does not award either reward.

Payment modes: Credit purchases may be set to Testing emulator or Live provider payments. In emulator mode, a purchase adds usable test cash without charging a payment method. An administrator sets a cumulative emulator purchase limit per player; emulator purchases do not count as verified paid purchases, prize-pool contributions, or real payment receipts. In Live mode, checkout requires HTTPS and configured Yoco or PayPal credentials. A payment return page alone does not confirm payment: the server must verify a live payment before paid credits or a prize-pool contribution are recorded. Provider sandbox/test payments do not add game cash. Payment processing does not verify a player’s age.

Build and manage your empire

The Empire tab is your command center. Review your cash, business performance, holdings, and season progress before deciding what to do next.

Use the Businesses tab to compare portfolio performance, review six-hour market outlooks, acquire companies, and buy or sell player-listed businesses. Each business has Equipment, Marketing, and Automation investments with up to five levels; Equipment and Marketing can raise revenue and operating costs, while Automation reduces costs. Profitable performance builds reputation and customer demand. Businesses with reputation of 70% or higher unlock Premium contracts with larger revenue goals and rewards. Optional 24-hour contracts and lifetime-revenue milestones can award in-game cash when their server-checked goals are met. Some combinations, such as a Food Truck with Drone Delivery, earn a modest synergy bonus. Market outlooks and live events also influence simulated income. All business prices, rewards, and performance are game-only and can change.

In Markets, you can buy and sell available assets. Their prices change during play, so the value of your holdings may rise or fall. Your holdings and market history help you follow your portfolio, but past movement does not guarantee future results.

The Markets tab’s Trading Floor is a 60-second tapping challenge. Momentum fades when you pause. A score of 500 earns 250 game cash; 1,800 earns 750 game cash. Rewards are capped at 750 per attempt, paid once per challenge, and the server enforces a four-hour cooldown. Scores and cash rewards are verified by the game server.

In Real Estate, you can buy available properties, earn simulated property income, and choose to rent them out. Property values can fluctuate. Properties can also be sold or listed for other players, subject to the available marketplace options.

Insurance offers optional 24-hour cover in Basic (25%, 250 game cash), Standard (50%, 500 game cash), and Enhanced (75%, 1,000 game cash) tiers. Choose a business category or property class to cover. Business Income Cover reduces eligible negative live-event effects on business income and event-driven operating costs; Property Cover reduces eligible negative effects on property values and property/rental income. An upgrade in the same scope costs only the difference and replaces the prior policy. Changing scope replaces the prior policy at the selected tier’s full cost; there is no refund and policies do not stack. Positive event effects are unchanged, and expired cover causes no extra penalty. Insurance does not introduce disasters or guarantee that assets will not lose value.

Changing conditions and other activities

The Events tab shows simulated world scenarios. Events can affect related market prices and may temporarily influence business performance or property income. The event feed describes the scenario and its active impacts. Events are rule-driven simulations; they are not generated by a trained machine-learning model.

The Sports tab lets you place in-game bets on simulated matches using available credits. Odds affect a winning bet’s payout; a losing bet can cost the amount staked. Match outcomes are simulated, and the game displays commentary and bet results.

Seasons, standings, and prizes

The season timer shows how much time remains when a season is running. Administrators control the timer and can pause it or reset the season. A reset ends the current season, records its results, and starts a new season with a fresh season-specific portfolio and prize pool. Your one-time registration credits are not granted again. After results are finalized, your placement, prize amount, and payout progress appear in the Empire tab under Season Results & Prize Payments. Payment status changes when the administrator records a confirmed bank transfer.

The Leaderboard ranks eligible players by their estimated net worth for the current season — the total value of their season portfolio (cash, businesses, market holdings, and property). Eligibility requires a credit purchase in that same season: while the game is in Emulator mode, emulator test purchases qualify; in Live mode, a verified Yoco or PayPal payment is required. Each entry also shows season profit: portfolio value minus recorded credit purchases, registration credits, and spent gift credits. Unspent Free Gift credits are excluded from both figures.

The prize pool is based on recorded in-game credit purchases for that season. The displayed percentages are applied in order: second place’s share is calculated from what remains after first place, and third place’s share from what remains after the first two awards. If a place is not filled by an eligible player, that award is not paid. Current rankings and payouts remain estimates until the season ends and results are recorded.

Prize and eligibility notice: only verified live Yoco or PayPal payments made after payment integration is configured create real-payment records and add to the prize pool. Legacy emulated purchases and sandbox/test payments are not actual receipts. A final season result is not proof that a real-world prize has been transferred; the administrator records payment only after confirming the bank transfer. Payment processing does not verify age, and prize eligibility or tax treatment should not be assumed.

Research and Achievements are visible in the game, but those features are not available in this build. Their appearance in the menu does not mean they are currently active.
